The New Tsugunaga Constitution: Articles 1 - 10

We now enter into the New Tsugunaga Constitution. While the articles of the original Tsugunaga Constitution were announced sporadically through Berryz Kobo's radio show 'Kiritsu! Rei! Chakuseki!', the New Tsugunaga Constitution made up part of Momoko-hime's new radio show 'Tsugunaga Momoko no Puri Puri Princess'. This also means that there are no gaps between the articles, so these'll be done in segments of 10.
Also, starting from the 4th article, Momoko-hime usually makes a one-liner after her proclamation. I've put those in too, just for a bit of added flavour.

Without further ado, I present to you - the New Tsugunaga Constitution.

新嗣永憲法1条
　　『毎週、必ずぷりぷりプリンセスを聴く。』

新嗣永憲法2条
　　『桜の花びらは地面に着く前にキャッチする。』

Catch sakura petals before they touch the ground

新嗣永憲法3条
　　『ニーソックスは多少長さが余ってもつま先で曲げてカバー』

For knee-length stockings which are a bit too long, fold the end over and cover it with your toes

　 『携帯の充電が切れそうなときは自分から電源を落とす』
　携帯なんかに負けないぞ！

At times when your mobile phone looks like it's going to run out its batteries, turn it off yourself

　　『かしわ餅はちゃんと取ってから食べる。』
　はっぱは貴方が食べてね。

Pick up Kashiwa Mochi properly, then proceed to eat it

When you want to ask something from your father, try calling him 'Paparin'.

　　『体重計に乗るときは、来ている洋服の分ちょっと多めにマイナスする。』
　私の服は5キロです。

When going on a weighing scale, subtract some weight to make up for the clothes you are wearing

　　『電車で暇なときは、傘の取っ手のビニールを剥き剥きして暇つぶし。』
　ゴミはちゃんと持ち帰るんだぞ☆ミ。
