Q1. Who is your favourite H!P member (including OGs)?

Sayashi Riho-san. She's someone whom I admire! She's good at singing and dancing. Her performances are really stylish, so I hope that I'll someday be able to perform as stylishly as Sayashi-san. Also, I love how her teeth and her smile and her personality are really adorable!!!

Q2. What H!P song would you like to sing solo?
'Samui ne' (S/mileage)
Country Girls' repertoire has a lot of cute and cheerful songs, so I'd like to try singing a mellow song.

Q3. Among the (current) H!P members, who would you like to go to the sea with, and what would you do?

I'd like to play beach volleyball together with the members of Country Girls!! Also, since Yamaki Risa-chan said that she likes swimming, I'd like to see her swim.

Q4. Who is the 'summer girl' amongst the (current) H!P members?
℃-ute's Yajima Maimi-san. Since in my mind, she has gives out this refreshing feeling that goes well with the sea.

Q5. If you were to come out with a photobook, please tell us where you'd like to go and what you'd like to do.
Kyoto. I once went to Kyoto, and the shrine and temples were so truly beautiful that I was touched.

Q6. What is your treasure?

My pet dog. Since I've always liked dogs since I was small, and my dog's really cute!!

Q7. Is there anything that you'd like to make a start on?
Playing the guitar. Playing one would be so cool, so I'd like to be able to play one someday.

On the 13th of March 2017, Country Girls' Morito Chisaki featured in the 41st instalment of  the 1001 Nights series of Hello! Shop talk events. Usual disclaimer that these are based on tweeted fan reports and thus should be considered summaries rather than comprehensive coverage.

This event was partly in conjunction with the release of Chisaki's self-titled photobook.
The theme for the first part was '50 questions to Morito Chisaki', while the theme for the second part was 'First photobook release commemoration - Let's get to know Morito Chisaki even better'.

The first part: 50 questions to Morito Chisaki

Q1. What’s the secret to your cuteness?
Let’s see…
(Nishiguchi: Spit it out.)
If pushed to say, I try as much as possible to practise half-body bathing. Give it a try, your skin will turn out pretty smooth. In the past, I would immerse myself for just 5 minutes, but now I try my best to stay in for 20 minutes. I watch videos while I'm in the tub, with my phone in hand.

*Chiitan gets angry as she reads the next question*
Who wrote this! You’re poking fun at me! Since this person wrote their nickname as ‘You purposely make your ears turn red, don’t you?’

Unexpectedly, I am.

Q2. What if Momochi-senpai nominates you as the next leader of Country Girls?
I’ll do my best. But I’m probably the furthest away, position-wise.

Q3. Please talk about what you’re wearing today while doing a sexy pose.
*While doing a sexy pose* There’s no particular reason why I'm dressed like this today. My clothes looked a bit too sober, so I put on a choker, which is something I haven’t worn in a while.

Momochi no Kimochi: Delusional Theatre of Love Wedding ceremony edition

The proposal happened on an unforgettable Christmas Eve.
My actual, real present had been hidden amongst the decorations on a Christmas tree.

I opened the box, and inside was a ring with a glittering diamond on it.
He gently put it on the ring finger of my left hand.
With a nod, I replied with a 'Yes'.

And today marks our long-awaited wedding ceremony.

Famous people came rushing to the ceremony, not just from Japan, but from overseas as well.
Tom Cruise came on his private jet - He's been an Otomomochi ever since we previously appeared together on a programme.
We ended up counting on Tom to give a speech.
Toda Natsuko-san had also come to act as an interpreter.
Everything had been fully prepared.
The wedding dress was of course designed by myself for this day.

'Momochi, KAWAII YO.' (Momochi, you're so cute)

He said to me, using what Japanese he remembered.

I was betrothed to the prince of ♦♦, who had fallen for me at first sight ♥

There had been opposition from men all over Japan, and squabbling amongst the princes of other countries.
In the blink of an eye, there had been an outbreak of international disputes!
It was a moment of crisis, but that has now become a good memory.
Having overcome such trials, the two of us are definitely bound for happiness!

The wedding ceremony moved along without a hitch, and we finally got to the cake-cutting.
Showered by a wave of camera flashes, we plunged the knife into the 7 meter tall cake.
That was our first act done together as a married couple.
My heart was pounding......
All of the sudden, I heard the door open with a bam!

'Momochi, CYOTTO MATTE!' (Momochi, stop right there!)'

Ahh, it's the prince of ♣♣!

Has he not given up on me?

He took my arm, and forcibly stole me away from the place, bringing me straight to his country of ♣♣.

Actually, this has been the third time that things have developed this way.
I'm so popular that it's probelmatic!
When will I be happy~?

Shimizu Saki-san ♥ Since she's really nice, yet there are parts of her that are intense, in a professional way.

'Mushoku Toumei na Mama de' (Morning Musume。)
The lyrics are really complicated, but it's a song that I'd like to challenge myself to.

Q3. Among the (current) H!P members, who would you like to go to the sea with, and what would you do?

I'd like to get one of those large swim rings which can carry two people, and go floating on the ocean with ℃-ute's Nakajima Saki-san! 

Q4. Who is the 'summer girl' amongst the (current) H!P members?
Kobushi Factory's Taguchi Natsumi-san! Since her name has 'natsu' (summer) in it, and she looked super cute when I saw her in a yukata before. 

Q5. If you were to come out with a photobook, please tell us where you'd like to go and what you'd like to do.
I'd like to go to a desert! And then, intently eat some yakitori...!? 

Q6. What is your treasure?

A T-shirt signed by my favourite Berryz Kobo ♥ Since it's the only one of its kind in this world! 

Q7. Is there anything that you'd like to make a start on?
Scuba diving. I'd like to explore the sea and see all sorts of fish from up close!

Juice=Juice's Nippon Budokan performance was a huge success. 

We talk with central member Miyamoto Karin about their activities so far, and about the future.

- The drama broadcast happened as you were in the midst of your busy live tour.

Miyamoto
Inside, I was really worried about the drama, because it touched on topics that shouldn't be treaded on by idols. What if people who watched the drama came to associate my role in the drama with me? Would the fans who watched it come to dislike me? It made me uneasy. We were given quite a difficult theme to wrestle with. I think that idols shouldn't be like that... doing things like falling in love, or not keeping up a constant level of cuteness, for example. But the drama presented areas that aren't like that... Having acted out my role, I feel that I'm better at bringing out the inner 'Miyamoto Karin'. Ever since the drama started, I feel that I've changed in how I approach MC segments at concerts.

－Your MC segments changed as you went through the drama?

Miyamoto
Yes. I became really direct. I started to make fun of the fans. (laughs) I started to say things that a good girl wouldn't say, things that I definitely wouldn't have said before.

－How was the response to the drama?

Miyamoto
The other members would get asked if they were from 'NEXT YOU' (the name of the group in the drama), but that never happened to me. (laughs) But many people at handshake events told me that they became fans after watching Budokan. A lot of them were girls.That made me happy.

Q1. Who is your favourite H!P member (including OGs)?

Kobushi Factory's Nomura Minami-chan. She's cute ♥ I like Nomusan. It's cute how she immediately juts out her chin when she gets teased about it.

Q2. What H!P song would you like to sing solo?

'Daite yo! Please Go On' (Goto Maki)

The rhythm looks like it's difficult, but it's a cool song, so I'd like to try singing it!!

Q3. Among the (current) H!P members, who would you like to go to the sea with, and what would you do?

I'd like to play with water guns with all of Kobushi Factory!!! I'd like us to split into teams and fight it out.

Q4. Who is the 'summer girl' amongst the (current) H!P members?
Kobushi Factory's Taguchi Natsumi-chan. Since her name has 'Natsu', the word for summer in it! Also, since I get the impression that she's a bit sunburnt!

Q5. If you were to come out with a photobook, please tell us where you'd like to go and what you'd like to do.
I'd like to have it shot at Australia's Crocosaurus Cove together with the crocodiles!! I'd enter the crocodiles' water tank and take photos together!

Q6. What is your treasure?

Family! They're my eternal treasure. 
They're the most precious thing to me.

Q7. Is there anything that you'd like to make a start on?
Going to a crocodile park. I've never been, so I'd like to aim for the crocodiles' mealtime!

Country Girls' Tsugunaga Momoko-san! I think that it's cool how Tsugunaga-san is able to self-produce herself. I really like her since I think that she's perfect as an idol.

'Zutto Suki de Ii desuka' (Matsuura Aya)

Watching videos of it being performed live and at events, I think that the facial expressions required, the way it's sung, they're really at a high level. It's a bit difficult for me as I am now, so I'd like to sing it when I've raised my level a bit more.

Q3. Among the (current) H!P members, who would you like to go to the sea with, and what would you do?

Morning Musume。´16's Oda Sakura-chan!! I'm good friends with Ooda, but we haven't hung out as we haven't been able to make our schedules match... And so, I'd like to go to the sea and have kakigoori together ♥

Q4. Who is the 'summer girl' amongst the (current) H!P members?
Morning Musume。´16's Ishida Ayumi-san! Since she really likes watermelons! I think that Ishida-san goes well with watermelons and the sea.

Q5. If you were to come out with a photobook, please tell us where you'd like to go and what you'd like to do.
I'd like to have a photoshoot at the lovely beaches of Malaysia! Since Malaysia's seas were super duper pretty when I saw them on TV!

Q6. What is your treasure?

Family and friends! Family of course includes our cat 'Non-chan'. Family is definitely the most important. Friends always tell me interesting stories, and it's fun to spend the days with them.

Q7. Is there anything that you'd like to make a start on?
Piano and rhythmic gymnastics! Learning the piano will definitely develop my sense of pitch! It's important for singing. Doing rhythmic gymnastics will make my body more flexible, and I'd like to leverage that in my dancing.

The impact that comes from our 8 different personalities. Our songs and group name have an impact, and I like how all 8 of us are interesting, which leads to a very nice atmosphere
