As you may already know, Suzuki Airi will be acting as the image character for the kimono seller Suzunoya for the second year in the row. Here's a heart-warming story she had to share, that came about from her work with Suzunoya:
Mixed in a throng of younger people, an elderly lady came to shake hands with Airi.
'On my daily morning route, I pass by [Suzunoya's] storefront, and I see your billboard (life-sized cardboard cutout).Tears came unbidden to Airi's eyes.
Your smile always lifts my spirits.
Because of that, I looked up all sorts of things about you,
And today, I came for your handshake event'.
