For the KOREZO! performances held during the current Hello! Con (Summer 2014), there's a corner where the girls can bring up photos they want to highlight. A Facebook page has been set up, entitled 'Hello! Pro Ki ni Ittara Share'. (H!P Share it if you like it).
Here's a selection of what piqued my interest. As the page says, if you like any of these photos, then 'Like' and 'Share' them on Facebook. Links are in the first line below the photo, the post titles. They're also announcing the number of 'likes' and 'shares' each photo has gotten at the concerts, so you can show your support by doing so.

I've never really been asked by the fans to show my swimsuit-clad figure、
But now、 for the very first time in public in this country, here's a daring shot of me in a swimsuit in my private time!
It's a shot from when I went to the pool with my family when I was 2~3 years old。
I apologise if that dotted swimsuit went overboard on sexiness(lol)

Tsunku♂ gets a letter from his daughter
A letter from my 6-year old daughter when I got back from work.
'Dad! I wrote a letter, so read it!'
I see, but just as I was thinking about opening it, she went 'Hey dad, read it quickly, I wrote in it that I'd like to thank you for always doing your best at work, and thank you for being so kind, so read it quickly!' It's like I already read it even before I laid my eyes on it.
{Trans: Just as Tsunku♂ mentions, the contents of the letter are virtually what she said to him. Hope you enjoyed this adorable little episode.}

Hardboiled Night
With a series of 5 concerts at Akasaka Blitz - one every month, starting in July and ending in November - Tokyo Girls' Style are tying their performances together to make up 'Hardboiled Night'.
The performances are strung together with a film noir story. The story advances with videos, mixed in with the girls performances throughout the concert, covering one episode per performance. Also, at each performance, a new song will be unveiled.
A summary of the story from the first night was posted to their channel the day before the 2nd performance. Let's run through the story, shall we?

3 big incidents (TopYell+ 2014 H!P Great Dictionary)
In TopYell+ H!P edition (March 2014), there's a segment that's referred to as the Hello! Pro great dictionary - basically your run of the mill questionnaire.
Although it's set out by person, I'm arranging it by question instead. Links to the other questions I've translated in this series are at the end.
Q7. What are 3 big incidents that happened since you joined Hello! Pro?
Q7. What are 3 big incidents that happened since you joined Hello! Pro?
Michishige Sayumi
1. Getting my first solo regular radio show, 'Konya mo Usa-chan Peace' on CBC Radio
2. Not getting a single line in a musical that Morning Musume. was starring in
3. Becoming leader of Morning Musume. '14
Fukumura Mizuki
1. Surprise entry
On the day of the announcement of the 9th gen members, I was nervous and excited, wondering who'd get in. But never in my wildest dreams did I think my name would get called on-stage! On that day, I was busy with photo shoots the whole day.
2. The first time getting songs of my own
The Hello! Pro Eggs sing our senpai's songs, so we didn't have a song of our own. I'll treasure the first time I received the songs 'Watashi no Tamago' as part of a Shugo Chara Egg unit, and my Morning Musume début song, 'Maji Desuka Suka'.
3. My shoes flying off!
This is a little funny (laughs). It was difficult to pick three things in my Hello! Pro life. But in the middle of a concert, my sneakers got loose and flew up high. I feel that anyone who saw it wouldn't have forgotten it.

100 questions to Sakura Gakuin's Mizuno Yui 【Complete version】
In 2014, Kikuchi Moa was inaugurated as Student Council President of Sakura Gakuin, and Mizuno Yui was appointed to hold the newly-created position of Chairperson of Production。
This summer, as BABYMETAL, they'll be having a worldwide tour, and also making appearances in festivals in and out of the country. In the August issue of Gekkan Entame, we have compiled a feature entitled Sakura Gakuin 「YuiMoa」 Great Research』, where we make a thorough analysis of these 2 extremely global people。
Due to space limitations, the publication of 「100 questions to Mizuno Yui」 and 「100 questions to Kikuchi Moa」 was only partially published (For Mizuno Yui, only 41 from the 100 questions were published、 and only 35 from the 100 questions for Kikuchi Moa), so here we include the remainder, which allows us to unveil all of the questions to the public!

Dressing Up Duu
Just thought I'd give a homage to my very first translation post by updating it and putting the translation into the dialogue bubbles. By the way, if anyone knows where the source is, please hit me up.
A Year of Translating
A year ago, I saw a fan-drawn comic that piqued my interest. Having just gone through the main part of Tae Kim's grammar guide, I thought, 'Hey, I might be able to understand that'. That would end up being my first translation on this blog. I like to think of the day I posted that up as the day I was born as a translator.
With that said, that means I've turned a year old as a translator! Time to break out the cake!
I'd like to give a shout-out to the various people who leave comments, especially messages of thanks. I have to give my apologies for hardly ever responding to those. My general policy when it comes dealing with comments is to respond if there's a need to clarify a translation or if there's an error.
But with messages of thanks, I don't know what to add. To be honest, I get a bit red in the face.
As a translator, let me say that your comments of thanks help nourish the soul.
Especially after going through 2ch. That place can get pretty toxic.
If you're doing it, please continue being awesome and keep it up : )
Below the cut, join me for a bit of a trip down memory lane. I'll write about my history as a translator, as well as a list of some translations of mine with some of my thoughts. Warning - the list gets quite long.
Even if it what comes after doesn't sound like your cup of tea and you're stopping here, if you've read this far, thanks a bunch.

Captain Saki calls out for Mano-chan to respond
From about 15:18 to 15:40
Captain:
You know, Mano-chan's birthday is in April. We've exchanged contact details, and we occasionally send messages to one another. But I sent her a birthday message in April, and she still hasn't replied (laughs).
I was pretty shocked. I mean, it's already been about four months. But she still hasn't replied, which personally has me wondering when she'll reply. Mano-chan, please respond (laughs).

Twitter Tidbits #4: Berryz Hiatus Edition
This first one isn't exactly from Twitter, but it's succinct and relevant enough to sneak in here.
Extract from Sanspo newspaper:
[Berryz Kobo] went to inform ℃-ute directly in their dressing room.
Both groups were born of and split from the Hello! Project Kids, where they were brought together through an audition as 'younger sisters' for MoMusu., so there were strong bonds between them.
Crying together with them, ℃-ute leader Yajima Maimi (22) acknowledged that 'We were always together from when we were small, so all sorts of things came back to me. Since this is their decision, we too wish to support them.'
As always, Mano Erina's first thoughts sum up the general mood. Even to the last line, at least for me.
My eyes went over the words being mentioned on my timeline, and I started brimming over with emotions (T_T)
It was just too unexpected、my mind’s in a mess。
One more presence that I looked up to from when I was gunning for this world, will no longer be around。
